R&B singer-songwriter Kehlani dropped her third mixtape, While We Wait, featuring cuts “Butterfly” co-written by Khris Riddick-Tynes and “Morning Glory” co-written by The Orphanage’s Zaire Koalo, today via Atlantic Records.
Celeb Mix calls “Butterfly” a “relaxing song” in which “the 23-year-old singer uses a butterfly as a metaphor for what she wants in this new relationship,” and praises “Morning Glory” for its “classic hip-hop drum beats, groovy melody, and smooth vocals.”
