Billboard Canada revealed its 2026 Power Players list, recognizing Canadian executives who are uplifting the music industry. Reservoir Founder & CEO Golnar Khosrowshahi earned the #1 spot on the Publishing sector of the list for a third consecutive year.

The list praised Reservoir’s publishing business, calling the Company a “major player” and highlighting “special partnerships with Canadian national treasures like k.d. lang and Joni Mitchell, who received a special lifetime achievement celebration at this year’s Juno Awards.” The spotlight continued, highlighting additional recent deals signed by Reservoir with legends like Snoop Dogg and the late Miles Davis, praising Khosrowshahi for seeing “the global future of music,” and saying she is often “ahead of the curve.”
