German-born producer Zaytoven released the lead single off his forthcoming project, “Wake Up & Cook Up” featuring 2 Chainz and Migos’ Quavo, today via Motown Records.

The track has been praised for its solid guest features and style, XXL Magazine noting, “The trap infused record features some of the Germany-born producer’s signature instruments…[creating] a street-influenced sound.” Quavo handles the track’s hook, projecting a spirited rap to his haters, as 2 Chainz come in with a powerful verse, throwing in some of the clever bars he is known for. 2 Chainz rhymes, “Can’t stand a dirty ass kitchen/Broke up with my mistress/Took the fork and I bent it.”

2 Chainz is a rap heavyweight for a reason! The Atlanta rapper has most recently featured on Big Sean and Metro Boomin’s “Big Bidness,” CyHi the Prynce’s “Trick Me,” blackbear’s “Gucci Linen,” Skooly’s “Swagger,” and Lil Pump’s “Iced Out,” in addition to releasing his newest music video for “4 AM” featuring Travis Scott.
