Date:
English glam rock group The Struts released their sophomore album Young & Dangeroustoday, via Interscope Records. Nouse calls the 13-track album, featuring 7 songs co-written and co-produced by Lauren Christy, “modern and retro, sexy and youthful, and full of absolute headbangers”. Christy collaborated with the band co-writing and co-producing the infectiously catchy lead single “Body Talks,” plus “Bulletproof Baby,” “People,” “I Do It So Well,” and album closer “Body Talks (featuring Kesha),” as well as co-writing tracks “In Love With A Camera” and “Who Am I?”.
Louder Sound notes “like all great albums, it reminds you of everything that made you fall in love with this crazy thing called rock’n’roll in the first place,” while The Washington Times raves “Everything about the new album is strong. The vocals, the lyrics, and the well-balanced material. The music is a celebration in your ears. Young & Dangerous is five stars out of five”.
