Producer and DJ Statik Selektah dropped his new single “But You Don’t Hear Me Tho (feat. The Lox and Mtume)” today. The track features some of Statik’s signature beat characteristics: smooth mixes of horns, drums, piano, and powerful verses to create a classic hip-hop vibe. “But You Don’T Hear Me Tho” is Statik’s second offering from his upcoming album, 8, which is due out later this year. In July, he dropped “Man Of The Hour” featuring fellow Reservoir rostermate 2 Chainz and Wiz Khalifa.

In addition to releasing his own tracks, Statik, who signed to ROC Nation management earlier this year, produced three new singles released by Joey Bada$$, plus several tracks on Slaine and Termanology’s newest album, Anti-Hero earlier this Summer.
