SKYLER STONESTREET RELEASES “IT KINDA HURTS” CO-WRITTEN/PRODUCED BY LAUREN CHRISTY

Singer-songwriter Skyler Stonestreet dropped her new single “It Kinda Hurts” co-written/produced by Reservoir’s Lauren Christy, today. OnesToWatch calls the electronic pop breakup anthem “the perfect soundtrack as we head into the fall season.” Stonestreet further notes “this is a song about how emotions and connection don’t just disappear because you’ve stopped dating someone. Trying to be happy without someone when they are seemingly happy without you…kinda hurts.” A 90’s-inspired music video accompanies the catchy cut.
2018 has been a hectic year for Christy so far, co-writing/producing The Struts’ new single “Body Talks” featuring Kesha, collaborating on Laye’s “Milk n Honey,” and co-writing six songs on Bebe Rexha’s debut album Expectations.
