ROBIN THICKE RELEASES ‘BLURRED LINES’

R&B artist Robin Thicke unleashed his latest and highly anticipated studio album, Blurred Lines. Even before its release, the album stole the limelight with the provocative video for the lead single by the same name. The song has since earned a VMA nomination, and serves as the album’s opening number.
While most of Blurred Lines showcases Thicke’s falsetto vocals and trademark funk-R&B beats, the album closes with a remix of “Give It 2 U”, featuring Kendrick Lamar and Reservoir’s own 2 Chainz. Released online in early May, “Give It 2 U” once again shows off Thicke’s sultry crooning, with the added complement of razor-sharp verses from Chainz and Lamar, creating a spectacular send-off to the album.
