RESERVOIR ANNOUNCES PUBLISHING DEAL WITH SINGER-SONGWRITER SAM TINNESZ

Reservoir Media, Inc. (NASDAQ: RSVR), an award-winning independent music company, today announced a new publishing deal with Nashville singer-songwriter Sam Tinnesz for a portion of his catalog and his future works.

Based in Nashville, Tinnesz is a Platinum-selling singer-songwriter, whose catalog has surpassed eight billion global streams and generated more than nine billion views on TikTok. Tinnesz is best known for his Platinum-certified single “Play With Fire” and the Gold-certified “Legends Are Made,” which went viral on TikTok with over one billion views on the platform. In addition to his own artist project, Tinnesz is a sought-after collaborator across a range of genres. He co-wrote Sum 41’s #1 alternative radio single, “Dopamine,” and his collaboration with Kygo, “Don’t Give Up On Love,” reached the Top 40 on Billboard’s Dance/Electronic charts. Tinnesz counts a diverse roster of artists, including MOD SUN, Dashboard Confessional, Gloria Gaynor, Ruelle, Armin van Buuren, Timmy Trumpet and Lecrae, among his many collaborators.

Tinnesz’s works have also yielded noted success in synch, with his music featured across major television series, including Grey’s Anatomy, Riverdale and American Ninja Warrior, as well as in national campaigns for brands such as Target, Jeep, Toyota, Xbox, PlayStation, Pepsi and T-Mobile. His songs have also appeared in film and video game trailers and at premier sporting events, including the Olympics, MLB, UFC, NCAA and NHL. Tinnesz was recently named the official lead singer of the Savannah Firefighters, the rival team of the popular exhibition baseball team the Savannah Bananas. He is currently on a 33-date stadium tour with the team for their 2026 season.
