New York, NY, April 30, 2010- Reservoir Media Management announced today that it has acquired 100% of the music publishing assets belonging to TVT Music Enterprises LLC. With this high profile acquisition comes some of the most coveted writers and songs of the past decade headlined by super producer Scott Storch among other writers, producers, and bands.  Rell Lafargue, Reservoir’s Senior Vice President comments “Having worked with these songs in the past for almost eight years, I know the history of this talented roster and I’m excited to reconnect.  Reservoir is uniquely positioned to bring new opportunity and maximize potential for this catalog.”

In addition to Storch, Reservoir adds Devo Springsteen, Big Reese, Nyceboy, the Cinematics, and the Holloways to its already established pool of writers.  The catalog itself boasts a wide array of award-winning, chart-topping contemporary hits performed by 50 Cent, Lil Jon, Christina Aguilera, Usher, Justin Timberlake, Ricky Martin, Beyoncé, Pink, Ludacris, Mariah Carey, Chris Brown, Fat Joe, Lil Kim, Toni Braxton, Ja Rule, Janet Jackson, John Legend, Dr. Dre, and the Ying Yang Twins.
