Reservoir’s Founder & CEO Golnar Khosrowshahi was named to Entrepreneur Magazine‘s list of 100 Women of Influence in 2022.  The list features 100 women leaders who “influence[e] their industries, define[e] our culture, and reimagin[e] our future.”

In her feature, Khosrowshahi shared a key learning from her career that has influenced her work as a Founder & CEO of Reservoir. She said, “One of my mentors told me to treat every task — every deadline, every phone call, every relationship — with a sense of urgency. This inevitably translates to care, attention, and quality. This has helped Reservoir close deals and beat out competitors time and time again. Early on, it was a challenge to ignore negative forecasts, but we continued buying high-quality assets. In retrospect, we only should have executed more deals.”
