RESERVOIR CUTS EARN 5 BET HIP HOP AWARDS

BET held its annual Hip Hop Awards ceremony last night and Reservoir cuts contributed to five of the night’s wins. Childish Gambino’s “This Is America,” co-written and featuring vocals by Young Thug, took home the awards for Best Hip-Hop Video and Impact Track. Beyoncé and JAY-Z aka The Carters won Album of the Year with Everything Is Love, featuring tracks “Summer” co-written by James Fauntleroy, “Apeshit” co-written and featuring vocals by Migos‘ Offset, and Reservoir catalog cut “713”. Meanwhile, The Carters picked up the Best Collabo, Duo or Group award for single “Apeshit,” which also won big in the Single of the Year category.
