Reservoir Media, Inc. (NASDAQ: RSVR), an award-winning independent music company, today announced a new publishing deal with multi-Platinum-selling writer-producer Willy Will Yanez. The deal, Yanez’s first publishing deal, includes his entire catalog and future works.

Yanez has steadily made an impression on the industry as a multi-genre producer, thanks to hit collaborations with Eminem, Future, Daddy Yankee, Eladio Carrion, and many others. Yanez’s first major hit collaboration came in 2018, with Eminem’s “Greatest,” off his 2x-Platinum selling and #1 album Kamikaze. “Greatest” reached #23 on the Hot 100 and has been certified Gold by the RIAA and NMPA. Yanez followed that success with “Xanax Damage” off Future’s Save Me, the 2x-Platinum “Bésame” by Daddy Yankee, Play-N-Skillz and Zion & Lennox, “Alejarme de Ti” by Eladio Carrion and Jay Wheeler, and several collaborations off bLAck pARty’s 2022 Hummingbird, among others. This year, Yanez worked with Dominic Fike to co-write and co-produce “Mona Lisa” off the soundtrack for the critically acclaimed film Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse. Furthermore, Yanez worked with fellow Reservoir roster mate Killer Mike, co-writing and co-producing “Exit 9” off his album Michael, released just last week. Yanez has recently been on record collaborations with Mr. Eazi, 6lack, Lauren Jauregi, Kendrick Lamar, Dixson, Budjerah, and many others, with new music expected to be released later this year.

Born to Colombian and Mexican parents, Yanez is currently based in Los Angeles where, under the guidance of 2x Grammy-winning producer Om’Mas Keith, he gained experience as an in-demand songwriter, producer, engineer, and multi-instrumentalist. Yanez also honed his skills playing guitar on Broadway LA in the pit orchestra for shows, including most recently the award-winning musical Jagged Little Pill.
