RAG’N’BONE MAN RELEASES DEBUT STUDIO ALBUM ‘HUMAN’

Brits Critics Choice winner Rag’N’Bone Man releases his debut studio album, Human, today via Sony Music. The album features two songs written with Reservoir/Reverb Music writer Jamie Hartman, the global chart topping hit single and title track, “Human,” and “Healed,” plus album track, “Ego,” written with Reservoir/Reverb Music writer Ina Wroldsen.
“Human” reached #1 on iTunes in over 30 countries, topped the charts in Germany for 12 consecutive weeks, and collected a host of other global #1s including the Shazam and LyricFind chart. The cut has also been featured in the trailer for the Netflix’s Oscar nominated documentary from acclaimed filmmaker Ava DuVernay, 13th, as well as in the recent Superbowl commercial for the upcoming Fox television show Shots Fired.
Further accolades for Rag’N’Bone Man include a nomination for British Breakthrough Act at the upcoming BRITs Awards and a spot on the shortlist for BBC Sound 2017.
The album shot to the top of the UK iTunes chart upon release, and is earning favorable reviews from the likes of the Evening Standard, NME, and Clash Music, the latter of which proclaimed, “Human is an impressive, life-affirming record chock-full of hooks and classy, grown-up production. Praise be.”
