LITTLE MIX RELEASES ‘GLORY DAYS: THE PLATINUM EDITION,’ FEAT RESERVOIR CUTS “NOTHING ELSE MATTERS” AND “DEAR LOVER”
Date:
Little Mix released their new album, Glory Days: The Platinum Edition, which features the tracks “Nothing Else Matters,” co-written and co-produced by newly signed Reservoir/Reverb Music writer-producer Cutfather, and “Dear Lover,” co-written by hitmaker Ali Tamposi, today via Syco Records. The album is a re-release of their 2016 project and features new remixes, new songs, and a documentary.
“Nothing Else Matters” is the third single off the popular girl band’s album, where they sing about themselves and their lovers, as they talk about the future of their relationships. The four artists tell listeners to just live life and follow it where it takes them, as they sing, “And nothing else matters like us/And nothing else matters like love/You’ve just gotta believe, if it leaves/That it’s coming back around.”
Sounding more modern on the track “Dear Lover,” Little Mix sings of reconnecting with a lover for a night. Taking on a more tropical and laidback sound, the group songs, “Dear lover/I’m incapable of saving your heart this time/But if you wanna/I’ll pretend to be your hero for just tonight.”
