Vicky McGehee moved to Nashville to pursue an entertainment law career, yet it wasn’t long before Music Row took notice of Vicky’s songwriting abilities. In 2005 McGehee won Music Row’s “Breakthrough Songwriter of the Year, ” in 2006 she won BMI’s highly coveted “Songwriter of the Year” along with a Grammy for Tim McGraw and Faith Hill’s “Like We Never Loved At All, ” and in May of 2007 she took home her first BMI Pop Award. Her most recent Billboard #1 was Toby Keith’s “God Love Her” in 2009.
