After a successful DJ career in the late 80s, Cutfather’s production work led to a Grammy nomination for Best Rap song with Queen Latifah. His remix of Mark Morrison’s “Return of the Mack” was a #1 single in the UK and #2 in the US and was recently sampled by Post Malone. He co- wrote and co-produced the song “Superstar” performed by British recording artist Jamelia, which earned Cutfather a prestigious Ivor Novello Award for PRS Most Performed Work.
