Chris Lindsey is a Grammy-nominated songwriter and record producer. His songs have spent twenty-six weeks in the #1 spot on the Billboards charts and albums featuring his songs have sold over 93 million units worldwide.  He has won the ACM song of the Year, The BMI song of the year and the NSAI song of the year.

Lindsey’s writing and production credits include artists like Taylor Swift, Blake Shelton, Tim McGraw, Faith Hill,  John Legend, Meghan Trainer, Kelly Clarkson, The Civil Wars, Kenny Chesney, Kieth Urban, Carrie Underwood, Ryan Tedder, Brandi Carlile, Martina McBride, Jamie Johnson, Adam Lambert and many more.

His songs, “Amazed”, “Poison and Wine”, This One’s for the Girls”, “Let’s Make Love”, and “I Want to Be Your Everything” have been covered in multiple formats, with “Amazed” recently receiving a BMI 8 Million Airplay Award.

Lindsey was born in Las Vegas and lived near Area 51, the top-secret military facility where his father worked. His family later moved to Texas, where he grew up. He lives with his wife, hit songwriter and author Aimee Mayo, and their three children. Lindsey is currently on a musical sabbatical and pursing his other passion, screenwriting. He is actively pitching film and television projects.
