HALSEY DROPS NEW SINGLE ‘WITHOUT ME’
Electro-pop singer Halsey released her new single “Without Me,” featuring an interpolation of Reservoir catalog cut “Cry Me A River” by Justin Timberlake. The catchy and vulnerable song details the ending of a dysfunctional relationship. Regarding the emotional track, Halsey explains “Questioning your purpose and your effort in a relationship can be confusing and draining. But it’s important to self-reflect and know your worth and value”. The song immediately earned Spotify’s endorsement, as it was featured at the top of the streaming giant’s New Music Friday playlist upon release.
Halsey further promoted the single with her new ad spot for Beats By Dre, which features a dramatic rendition of the singer composing “Without Me”.
