GOLNAR KHOSROWSHAHI NAMED TO BILLBOARD’S 2023 POWER LIST

Reservoir Founder & CEO Golnar Khosrowshahi has been named to Billboard’s 2023 Power List. The annual list includes industry leaders that have excelled beyond their roles and elevated music business, from label executives to agents to music publishers.
Billboard noted Khosrowshahi’s success leading Reservoir’s acquisition of Tommy Boy Music, as well as the signing of over a dozen new front-line writers and catalogs in 2022, including Oak Felder, Killer Mike, Snarky Puppy, Phil Manzanera, Emeli Sandé, Henry Jackman, Matt Sorum, Travis Tritt, Nick Lee and the late Fred Rister and Louis Prima. Khosrowshahi said, “I pinch myself every day at the caliber of songwriters, artists and catalogs that call Reservoir their home.” Additionally, the list highlighted Khosrowshahi’s involvement as a board director at the National Music Publishers’ Association (NMPA) with the CRB Phonorecords IV settlement. She said, “I was honored to advocate alongside [president/CEO] David Israelite and the NMPA team to usher in this landmark settlement.”
