Reservoir Founder and CEO Golnar Khosrowshahi was named Music Week‘s International Woman of the Year at the magazine’s 2023 Women in Music Awards. The honor recognizes individuals outside the United Kingdom for their commitment to entrepreneurship and corporate social responsibility all while building a sustainable business.

In a ceremony today, Emeli Sandé presented Golnar with the award and highlighted her achievements at Reservoir to date. In her own speech, Golnar discussed the challenging contradictions women face in the workforce and showcased Reservoir’s commitment to hiring and retaining talented women, as well as working with powerful female creators.
