German pop artist and 2010 winner of Norwegian TV Show Eurovision Song Contest, Lena released an acoustic version of her new single, “If I Wasn’t Your Daughter,” co-written by Reservoir writer Jamie Hartman on Tuesday. The emotional track, in which Lena details the estranged relationship she had with her own father growing up, is the second single off of her upcoming fifth studio album, Gemini, set to drop this Fall. “If I Wasn’t Your Daughter” immediately jumped to #1 on Germany’s iTunes charts, following a stunning performance of the the single on German reality singing TV show, Sing meinen Song.
