FRENCH MONTANA DROPS ‘JUNGLE RULES’ WITH HELP FROM RESERVOIR PRODUCER DANJA
Date:
Hip-hop artist French Montana’s second full-length LP, Jungle Rules, drops today via Bad Boy and Epic Records. The 18-track album includes melody-driven cut, “Famous,” produced by Reservoir songwriter and producer, Danja. With a catchy chorus, the rapper sings “I hope you don’t get famous / ‘Cause everyone would love you but won’t love you like the way I / do, oh nah” discussing the growing career success that has pulled his significant other away from their relationship.
In a recent interview with Billboard, Montana, the self-titled “Kevin Durant of rap,” compared the new LP to his previous work saying “this album [Jungle Rules] is gonna show you a better way…With this one, I was more in-pocket, you know? I was more settled.” The album is expected to climb charts as lead single, “Unforgettable” feat. Swae Lee, recently hit the Top 10 on the Billboard Hot 100.
Danja adds “Famous” to his hit catalog of songs alongside tracks from DJ Khaled’s new album, Grateful, including “Shining” and “I’m So Grateful”.
