CALLMETHEKIDD RELEASES THREE NEW COLLABORATIONS WITH ASHNIKKO, ETTA BOND, AND ONE ACEN
Date:
London writer-producer CallMeTheKidd has had a busy October, releasing three new collaborations with a diverse group of talent across multiple genres. Earlier this month, he teamed up with London-based American rapper Asknikko on her confident anthem “Invitation” featuring Kodie Shane. The pair deliver messages of female empowerment through what The Daily Edge describes as “sharp verses across an industrial-sounding synth.” The hard-hitting cut is accompanied by a cartoon music video.
Switching genres, CMTK flexed his R&B/Soul muscles, collaborating with British singer-songwriter Etta Bond on the dreamy “Love Me Up.” The soft, simple visuals of the accompanying music video compliment the lullaby-esque elements of the track.
Finally, CMTK linked up with long-time collaborator Once Acen on the wavy “GucciChanel.” The hip-hop cut has a more relaxed vibe, as One Acen raps about keeping positive in a stressful world over a slower, hypnotic beat.
The releases of “Invitation,” “Love Me Up,” and “GucciChanel” follow CallMeTheKidd’s previous collaborations with One Acen, Hardy Caprio, and Caitlyn Scarlett earlier this year.
