BILLBOARD NAMES DONNA CASEINE & FAITH NEWMAN 2025 WOMEN IN MUSIC TOP EXECUTIVES

Today, Billboard released its 2025 Women In Music Top Executives list. Reservoir Executive Vice President, Global Creative Director Donna Caseine and Reservoir Executive Vice President of A&R and Catalog Development Faith Newman have been named to the list, with Reservoir Founder & CEO Golnar Khosrowshahi recognized on the list’s Hall of Fame.
Donna Caseine heads Reservoir’s Creative team, while overseeing an impressive roster of talent including award-winning and hit writers Ali Tamposi, Jamie Hartman, Oak Felder, Keith “Ten4” Sorrells, Lauren Christy, and Khris Riddick-Tynes and most recently k.d. lang and Snoop Dogg. In the feature, Donna said, “It is a privilege to lead Reservoir’s global creative team, bringing in new talent and also supporting our active creators.” She also highlighted Steph Jones‘s success with “Espresso” by Sabrina Carpenter — a three-week Billboard Global 200 #1 and Billboard’s #1 global song of the summer. She said, “From memes to brand partnerships, featured synch placements and more, the song was inescapable, and the entire Reservoir team has been so proud to support Steph’s success.”
Faith Newman has been with Reservoir for 13 years and has earned wide praise and recognition as a leading voice, tastemaker, and pioneer in hip-hop. She was named to Billboard’s 2024 R&B/Hip-Hop Power Players List for championing De La Soul during the process to release their back catalog on streaming for the first time. Additionally, Faith has led recent deals, including with Killer Mike, who swept the rap categories at last year’s Grammys. Faith also remains the Creative lead for talent including J.I.D, Joyner Lucas, Offset, 2 Chainz, Just Blaze, Armani White, and Joey Bada$$, among others.
After being selected as Billboard’s Women in Music Executive of the Year in 2022, Golnar has been named to Billboard’s Women in Music Hall of Fame for the past three years. This year, Billboard highlighted Reservoir’s talent contributing to 31 Grammy nominations, as well as the Company’s recent deals with Snoop Dogg, k.d. lang, Kings of Leon, and more.
