BET AWARDS RECAP: MIGOS TAKE HOME THE AWARD FOR BEST GROUP AND PERFORM A MEDLEY OF HITS

Reservoir artists earned a total of six nominations at Sunday night’s BET Awards which took place at the Microsoft Theatre in LA. Reservoir rap trio Migos, fresh off of their Grateful and Pretty Girls Like Trap Music collaborations, took home the award for Best Group. They also gave a winter-inspired performance featuring a medley of their newest hits off of their RIAA Platinum Certified album, Culture, including “T-shirt” and Video of the Year and the Coca-Cola Viewer’s Choice Award nominee “Bad and Boujee” feat. Lil Uzi Vert. Billboard praised Migos for their energy, calling the performance one of the top ten most memorable moments of the night.
“Bad And Boujee” shared the trophy for Best Collaboration with another Reservoir title, Chance the Rapper’s “No Problem” feat. Lil Wayne and 2 Chainz, in a tight race that also saw a third Reservoir hit, DJ Khaled’s “Shining” feat. Beyoncé and JAY-Z produced by Reservoir’s Danja nominated.
