BBC MUSIC AWARDS ANNOUNCE NOMINATIONS FEATURING RESERVOIR CATALOG CUTS

BBC Music announced their nominees for the 2017 Awards, today. The show, a part of BBC Music presents The Year in Music 2017, will include a special performance by 2x nominee Rag’N’Bone Man.
Known for his smash hit “Human,” co-written by Reservoir/Reverb Music writer Jamie Hartman, Rag’N’Bone Man is nominated in both the Artist of the Year and British Album of the Year category, for his debut album Human. Additional Reservoir cuts on the album include the Hartman penned co-write “Healed” and Ina Wroldsen’s co-written track “Ego”.
Further nominations in the British Album of the Year category include Calvin Harris’ Funk Wav Bounces Vol. 1, featuring Reservoir collaborations “Slide” (feat. Frank Ocean and Migos) and “Holiday” (feat. Snoop Dogg, John Legend, & Takeoff), as well as Dua Lipa’s self titled debut album, featuring the single “Blow Your Mind (Mwah)” co-written by Lauren Christy.
Legendary rock band Depeche Mode is nominated in the Live Performance of the Year category for the group’s performance at the 6 Music Festival, during which they played their latest track “Cover Me” co-written by Pete Gordeno and Christian Eigner, touring members of the band. Katy Perry is also nominated as Live Performance of the Year, from her stage at Radio 1’s Big Weekend 2017. Her recent collaboration with ATL rap trio Migos, single “Bon Appétit,” was one of the hits performed during the show.
