A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie dropped his new single “Mood Swings,” today. The cut takes listeners on an emotional rollercoaster ride with lyrics such as “I’m a beast, I’m a God” to “Lost my bro, lost my mind.” Hypebeast explains, “Touching on his rise, A Boogie notes everything that has come with his fame. Issues with trust and materialism on the song reveal the highs and lows that have become life for A Boogie.”

Also released today, the music video for “Mood Swings” features a barrage of imagery including A Boogie sitting in the rain with glowing eyes, military equipment, piano playing as a string puppet, and women dancing. Regarding the video, Cool Accident notes “If mood swings looked this cool every time, we wouldn’t be mad about having them.”

“Mood Swings” follows A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie’s recent collaborations with Rick Ross and Denzel Curry on “Running The Streets,” Khalid on “Right Back” Remix, and Dinah Jane on “SZNS.”
