5 SECONDS OF SUMMER DROP NEW SINGLE “OLD ME” CO-WRITTEN BY ALI TAMPOSI
Date:
5 Seconds of Summer released their new latest single “Old Me,” co-written by Ali Tamposi, off upcoming album Calm.
Press Party called the sunny yet introspective track a “falsetto-laced reflection on growth and forgiveness.” Furthermore, guitarist and lead singer Luke Hemmings said in a statement the cut “carries a youthful spirit and follows the narrative of a young person’s life growing up, for better or for worse.” MTV also noted “To really up the nostalgia factor, ‘Old Me’ arrived alongside a lyric video comprised of childhood photos.”
“Old Me” follows Ali Tamposi’s previous collab with the group on single “No Shame,” along with co-writing 8 tracks off Ozzy Osbourne’s new album Ordinary Man, including lead single “Under the Graveyard.”
