BBC One unveiled their 2017 holiday advert featuring Reservoir cut “Symphony” performed by Clean Bandit featuring Zara Larsson, co-written by Ina Wroldsen, today. The two-minute animated spot, entitled “Supporting Act”, tells the story of a young girl rehearsing for her annual school talent show and vying for the attention of her father, seemingly too distracted with work. As the young girl takes the stage, ready to perform “Symphony”, stage fright takes over. Her father steps out of the crowd to help guide her along with the dance moves, as it’s now clear he was paying attention all along.
