THE HOLD STEADY ANNOUNCE ‘BOYS AND GIRLS IN AMERICA’ ANNIVERSARY TOUR

Minneapolis rock band The Hold Steady have announced a special run of dates to celebrate the 10 year anniversary of their 2006 album Boys and Girls in America. The tour will see the group, including original keyboardist Franz Nicolay, perform the album in its entirety for four nights at New York’s Brooklyn Bowl, beginning November 30, 2016. Additional dates at Riot Fest Denver and Toronto Urban Roots Festival have been announced. Tickets went on sale today and are available here.
Boys and Girls in America, which spawned singles “Chips Ahoy!” and “Stuck Between Stations” received critical acclaim in 2006, topping A.V. Club’s Best Albums of the Year and landing in the top 10 on Pitchfork‘s and Rolling Stone’s lists.
