“Don’t Let Me Know,” the heavy-hearted ballad written by BMI Award-winning Reverb writer Jamie Hartman, appeared in the latest episode of NBC’s hit musical series, Smash.

Smash follows a fictional New York City-based theater group as they rehearse and perform on Broadway.  The star-studden ensemble cast includes Debra Messing, Anjelica Huston, and Katharine McPhee, the last of which brought “Don’t Let Me Know” to life via her character, Karen Cartwright.  McPhee’s version is expected to appear on the next Smash soundtrack.
