2 Chainz is confirmed to perform at this year’s Video Music Awards, airing on MTV Thursday, 9/6.  It was announced last week that 2 Chainz would present an award at the ceremony, and previously that he would vie for 2 awards himself.  Then, just today, it was confirmed by MTV that 2 Chainz will also take to the stage for his first-ever solo performance at the VMAs.

2 Chainz joked to MTV that he would be performing on the award show’s small stage, but MTV writes that Chainz’ “small stage days are over.”
