SPOTIFY NAMES RESERVOIR SONGWRITERS ALI TAMPOSI AND INA WROLDSEN AS SECRET GENIUS AMBASSADORS

Spotify announced the new class of ambassadors for its Secret Genius program and Reservoir writers Ali Tamposi andIna Wroldsen are among the ten songwriters chosen to continue the platform’s initiative of spotlighting creators behind today’s biggest hits. Throughout the year, the program will see the creators host songwriting camps and participate in Spotify-owned podcasts and curated playlists, in addition to being honored at the second annual Secret Genius Awards.
Tamposi has written countless hits for a host of pop superstars including Camila Cabello’s “Havana” feat. Young Thug, Selena Gomez x Marshmello’s “Wolves”, Hailee Steinfeld x Alesso’s “Let Me Go” feat. Florida Georgia Line & Watt, Rita Ora’s “Anywhere”, Rita Ora’s “Girls” feat. Cardi B, Bebe Rexha, Charli XCX, Avicii feat. Rita Ora’s “Lonely Together,” and most recently three songs, including lead single, “Youngblood” off 5 Seconds of Summer’s new album. Moreover, Tamposi was honored by Spotify at their inaugural Secret Genius Awards last year in the Dance category for her contributions to dance-pop hits including Kygo and Selena Gomez’ “It Ain’t Me”, the DJ Snake cut “Let Me Love You” feat. Justin Bieber.
Wroldsen, meanwhile, has her own mega list of credits to her name including #1 hits, Clean Bandit’s “Rockabye” feat. Sean Paul and Anne-Marie and Clean Bandit’s “Symphony” feat. Zara Larsson, plus Anne-Marie’s “Alarm,” Jess Glynne’s “Hold My Hand,” Sean Paul x David Guetta’s “Mad Love” feat. Becky G, and Jax Jones’ “Breathe” feat. Wroldsen, among many others.
