Following an aggressive number of buzzworthy mixtapes between 2010 and 2013, California rapper Iamsu! drops his first studio album, Sincerely Yours. The album features the song “Only That Real,” in which Reservoir artist 2 Chainz makes a guest appearance alongside Su! and Sage the Gemini. The song is mildly reminiscent of the minimalistic production style DJ Mustard has brought to the forefront of mainstream hip-hop, though the energy Su!, Chainz, and Sage the Gemini bring over the atmospheric synths and head-nodding groove is undoubtedly unique.
