2 Chainz has done it again.  After a whirlwind year of #1 albums, award wins and nominations, and an international tour, 2 Chainz can add “platinum single” to his list of 2012 accomplishments.

“No Lie,” the lead single from Based On A T.R.U. Story featuring fellow rapper Drake, was officially certified platinum yesterday.  2 Chainz’ record label, Def Jam Recordings, published a celebratory Tweet congratulating the hip-hop star.
