2 CHAINZ’ “IT’S A VIBE” ACHIEVES DOUBLE PLATINUM CERTIFICATION

2 Chainz’ single “It’s A Vibe”, featuring Ty Dolla $ign, Trey Songz and Jhené Aiko, is now certified double Platinum in the US. This track is off the Atlanta rapper’s fourth studio album, Pretty Girl Like Trap Music, released via Def Jam Recordings in last year.
Accompanied by a music video set in a chill private club, the song was also performed by the group on Jimmy Kimmel Live before debuting on the US Billboard Hot 100. Upon release, Spin magazine also noted the track as ‘a very different kind of affair: a piece of swanky mid-tempo R&B punctuated with some throwback palm-muted guitar and a kernel of a melodic lick.‘
